Technologies

·Argon arc welding and laser welding

Laser welding is suitable for welding mini letters, argon arc welding for welding large letters. Laser welding will not leave any welding spots, but in order to strengthen it to prevent deformation, we still need argon arc welding to weld again. At this time, the left welding spots will be polished off which is our unique technology in Sichuan, that is why you can see shiny and clean products in the end.

 

(1) Advantages of argon arc welding

These two main welding methods complement each other. The pros of argon arc welding are:

• Obtaining dense welded joints. Argon protection can isolate the adverse effects of oxygen and nitrogen and so on in the air on the arc and molten pool;
• High welding efficiency. Argon arc welding has stable arc combustion and less possibility to deform or crack;
• Mechanization and automation. There is no flux and coating during welding;
• Can weld almost all metals, especially some refractory metals and easily oxidized metals.

 

 

(2) Advantages of laser welding

• Accurate. The laser beam passes through the electromagnetic field without deviation;
• Deeper. After laser focusing, the power density is high. When welding high-power devices, the depth width ratio can reach 5:1 and up to 10:1;
• Micro welding can be carried out. After the laser beam is focused, a small spot can be obtained and can be positioned accurately;
• Great flexibility. It can weld inaccessible parts, and implement non-contact long-distance welding.
