Pros: Can be printed on both sides, versatile, weather-resistant, lightweight, portable, affordable

Do you think baking varnish is too basic and boring? Then consider brushed letters as  the ideal upgrade. Brushed metal is the least susceptible to chipping when used outdoors because it does not retain moisture well. We suggest you to place in jewellery, luxury, clothing stores, cafe, etc.

Pros: Appears more expensive than it really, ideal for business applications, decorative, weather-resistant

Mirror surface letters are born to be installed outdoors where many people pass by mirror letters. It is difficult for them not to be attracted by themselves reflected in the mirror, which brings greater opportunities for your sign to attract customers. Mirror surface letters give people a simple and noble feeling, and it is easier to show a gorgeous effect with the back light.

Some clients choose to heighten this appearance with multicolored LEDs that adapt your brand to its surroundings, including decor, wall surface, plants, etc.

Plus, you can choose its color temperature ranged from 3000k - 15000k. The higher the number before the K, the brighter and cooler the light.

Lighting can affect your customers' mood. A 2700K bulb, for example, will cast a warm look, making for a more relaxing setting. A kelvin range at or above 5000K means light from the bulb will be bright, cool and possibly harsh. It can indicate your visitors that you are professional and dedicated to service. At the mid-range of the kelvin spectrum is natural lighting, with a kelvin rating of around 3500K. Natural light makes people feel cozy and be cared for. Especially in underground malls, the signboard of this light is more preferred by customers.

Your decoration style is also a factor that affects the choice of different light temperatures. Areas with rich wood floors and furniture benefit from warm lighting. Rooms with lots of white might look best with mid-range natural lighting.

The LED module is waterproof, energy-saving and safe. LED modules have low power consumption and low output voltage. It can be functional normally in rainy days and other bad weathers without worrying about being burned out.

Technologies

· 1cm as minimum stroke width: why can we achieve it?

Why can't I produce the sign exactly as I want it? Why do my sign have to be enlarged for production? Why can't my sign be produced to this thickness? Maybe you have asked these questions when talking with other sign suppliers. That is because their skill of minimizing stroke width of a letter is not sophisticated enough. Extreme thin strokes are mostly used in special fonts or irregularly shaped patterns. If your design is very personalized, then you need to pay more attention to this technique.

Our stainless steel cutting machines are precise enough to cut 1cm wide material without wasting material or causing machine failure. In addition we can accept orders with letter thickness between 10mm-200mm. Our welding technicians need to use welding gun to reach inside the letter shell for welding. Since the welding gun has a certain size, it is a challenge for workers to weld such thin materials. But it is no big deal for us!
